  • Get help with any failing step — include the command output.
  • Request a credential rotation or coordinate offboarding.
  • Ask which optional surfaces (Bedrock, APIM, Event Hub, events) apply to you.

Venturi confirms role/SP reachability and ingestion start within 1 business day.

Product feedback and feature requests

Use feedback.venturi.systems for product feedback that should be tracked beyond an email thread:

  • feature requests and workflow improvements
  • bug reports that are not security-sensitive
  • connector or integration requests
  • roadmap comments and prioritization signals

Do not use the feedback portal for secrets, customer credentials, security vulnerabilities, or urgent onboarding blockers. Send those to [email protected] instead.

If feedback.venturi.systems returns the temporary Venturi 404 page, the feedback portal is intentionally unavailable while public Venturi domains are held closed; email [email protected] and Venturi will capture the request internally.

To report a security concern, follow the disclosure process in the security policy above — don't open a public issue.
