Capacity¶
Commitments and supply planning. Plan supply using consumption forecasts, measured attribution coverage, and deployment readiness.
In the app, Capacity is the fifth domain in the left navigation, at
/domains/capacity. Its capabilities have their homes in other domains, so their
breadcrumbs name that home domain: Cost / Forecasting.
Outcome and decision¶
- Outcome: plan likely AI demand against evidence quality and rollout readiness.
- Decision it supports: which demand scenarios and readiness gaps need review before making a supply plan.
Workflow¶
- Model likely demand in
Cost / Forecasting. Compare consumption projections and what-if scenarios from attributed usage. - Check signal coverage in
Quality / Coverage. Assess whether unknown ownership or spend weakens the planning inputs. - Review deployment readiness in
Adoption / Deployment readiness. Consider rollout readiness alongside the modeled demand scenario.
Capabilities¶
| Capability | What it shows | Guide |
|---|---|---|
Cost / Forecasting |
Consumption projections that inform commitments and supply planning. | Forecasting |
Quality / Coverage |
Coverage of attributed spend as an operational capacity signal. | Coverage & unknowns |
Adoption / Deployment readiness |
Readiness reporting ahead of a production rollout. | Enterprise readiness checklist |
How to read the results¶
Capacity outputs are modeled planning scenarios and readiness signals, not provider capacity reservations or supply commitments.
